Brave Little Company Summer Camps 2025

About our Camps

Brave Little Company is a unique theatre company – and our camps are unique too! Superhero U, Mysterious Manor, and Adventurer’s Apprentice are “in-role” camps, meaning all of the teaching artists are acting in character throughout the week, while also balancing the ability to teach and keep kids safe. It’s like stepping into a play happening all around you!

If you’re a young detective just waiting for your next case to come along, why not train your powers at Mysterious Manor, where solving mysteries is elementary? We all have the skills to be great detectives – observation using our senses, open minds, and imaginative thinking. But only the greatest will come to Mysterious Manor to learn from our experienced mentors and the great detectives of history and fiction. At Mysterious Manor, you will:

  • play theatre-based games that develop your powers of observation, improvisation, collaboration, and deduction

  • start your own detective agency

  • learn to send secret messages, take fingerprints, and use chemistry to fight crime

  • develop convincing disguises

  • learn movement and meditation to sharpen your senses

  • encounter age-appropriate, classic mystery stories from Cam Jansen to Sherlock Holmes

With your fellow detectives, you’ll create an interactive mystery puzzle event for family and friends, to be presented on the last day. (While occasionally suspenseful, Mysterious Manor avoids stories of violence. Please contact us with any questions about content.)

Save the Date! The final sharing of our mystery event will take place at 4:00p on Friday, August 1.
